Top Makeup Tips for Zoom Meetings

Today I’m sharing my top makeup tips for Zoom meetings. So many women are working from home right now and these days that often involves video conferencing. Looking your best on video can be a little tricky, so here are three easy makeup tips to help.

Top Makeup Tips

1. Add Extra Blush: To avoid looking washed out, add a bit more blush than you normally wear.

2. Use a Mattifying Powder: This helps you avoid looking shiny. (Lights used for video can reflect any shine or sweat.) A mattifying powder can also make your skin appear smoother.

3. Define Your Eyebrows: Using a brow pencil to fill in your brows helps give your face more definition for the camera.

Here are 3 products I personally use:

Color Pinch Cream Blusher: This multi-tasker also works on lips and lids too! I was so happy to find a safer beauty option for blush as this can be difficult! I use the color Hibiscus.

Mattifying Powder: This powder sets makeup, absorbs shine, & can reduce the appearance of pores and fine lines. I love that this powder feels very lightweight on my face yet is effective!

Color Define Brow Pencil: This long-wearing, smudge-proof, vegan eyebrow pencil and brow definer lets you accentuate your arches and fill in sparse spots. I use the color dark and it matches my brows very well. Brow pencil is a go-to product for me even for my daily makeup routine and is a very helpful product if you have thin brows or your brows are starting to thin with age.
