Shop the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale for Fall Basics

Now is a great time to shop the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale for fall basics. The sale opened for public access this morning so everyone is now able to shop! I recommend using this sale to stock up on closet staples ahead of the season. I’ve shopped through items that are still in stock and have included below my top 3 picks for each size range: regular, plus, and petite.

Black Cardigan

A black cardigan is definitely a closet staple for fall and winter. I love how a long cardigan can be worn with leggings, a tee, & sneakers or it can be dressed up with a cami, skinny jeans, and heels.

Wit & Wisdom Jeans

Wit and Wisdom is one of my favorite brands for jeans and is exclusive to Nordstrom. They have good stretch without sagging and the absolution (hidden elastic) waist band is perfect for our mom bods.

Spanx Faux Leather Leggings

Spanx faux leather leggings are beloved by so many and are very versatile. They can be dressed up or down easily! (Tip: I have heard from many fellow bloggers that they prefer to size up one in these leggings.)

Utility Jackets

Utility jackets have been popular for several seasons now. Although they are sold in several colors, olive is my pick since it can be styled as a neutral and looks good with so many colors.
