Spring Style: Sandals under $50
Today I am continuing my Spring Style Series and am excited to be co-posting with Shannon from Gamine & Stripes. Be sure to click over and check out the studded sandals she is styling today!
I have rounded up 6 sandals that are both cute and affordable (under $50). Espadrille and gladiator styles are trending this spring. Fringe and peep toe styles also continue to be popular for footwear this season. I have divided the sandals into wedges and flats. Both are important to have in your wardrobe. Wedges are a good way to add height without the discomfort of a traditional heel and flat sandals are a necessity when you want to create a more casual look. [This post contains affiliate links. Wedges:
dv Ella Espadrille ($29.99) from Target: It comes in tan and black. This espadrille style has a 4.25″ wedge heel and fastens with an adjustable buckle strap. Cyndi Spivey styled this shoe as part of her 27 Days of Spring Fashion, and I loved how they looked on her.
Report Dorsey ($49.00) from Zappos: It comes in black and cognac. This espadrille style has a 3.75″ wedge heel and fastens with a buckle. It features a trendy peep toe design.
Rampage Winnie ($49.95) from ShoeMall: It comes in black and taupe. This sandal features a 2.5″ wedge heel and fastens at the ankle with a side zipper. Its printed heel and fringe accents are so fun!
Flats:
Volcom Backstage Sandal ($48.00) from Zappos: It comes in tan, black, burgundy, cognac, and gray. This sandal has tiered fringe trim across the top and is made of a soft suede upper.
Jack Rogers Georgica Jelly ($49.95) from Nordstrom: It comes in eight colors (Bone/Gold shown here). If you like a thong-style sandal this is a really cute option, and it is much more affordable than the leather version.
Brash Tex Fringe Gladiator Flat ($34.99) from Payless: It comes in black, blue, and taupe. This shoe zips at the heel and packs both the fringe and the gladiator trends into one fun little flat.
Don’t forget to go check out the sandals Shannon is styling today! She does a wonderful job putting outfits together. We are also linked up with Jo-Lynne Shane for Fashion Friday.
