Four Versatile Shoes For Summer That Are Mom-Friendly
Today I am sharing four versatile shoes for summer that I have in my personal capsule wardrobe. My summer footwear choices were guided by the shoes included in the Summer 2020 Capsule Wardrobe eBook, which contains 26 items (including clothing, shoes, accessories, & handbags). My summer shoe capsule includes navy espadrille sandals, neutral platform sandals, white comfort sandals, and white fashion sneakers. These 4 shoes are all the footwear needed to complete the 100 outfits of the Summer 2020 Capsule. Below I will review and link each summer shoe I personally own for my summer capsule.

Navy Espadrille Sandals | Neutral Platform Sandals | White Fashion Sneakers | White Comfort Sandals
Navy Espadrille Sandals
These sandals have a nubuck upper with an espadrille trim around the bottom. The sole is nicely cushioned with the brand’s Cloudfeel technology. Sizing: I had to go a whole size down (from an 8 down to a 7).
Neutral Platform Sandals
These sandals have a microsuede upper with an espadrille trim around the bottom. The sole is a platform design with a slight wedge. I find the sole to be very comfortable with the brand’s Insole Technology. Sizing: They are true to size for me.
White Fashion Sneakers
These sneakers are a great Golden Goose dupe and have been very popular on Instagram! They are real leather and come a bit distressed. (I’m fine with the distressing as a mom of 3 little boys.) Sizing: These sneakers are true to size for me.
White Comfort Sandals
These sandals are an inexpensive Birkenstock dupe. They have faux leather straps but a genuine suede insole. I was able to wear these right out of the box for 2 hours with no rubbing or discomfort. Sizing: I went up a half size to an 8.5.
